- renovated and extended a church manse (a clergy house inhabited by the local minister), creating new rooms and reusing some of the original elements including the stunning Matai flooring
- restored a home originally built for the Hannahs family to its original 1930s splendour while dividing it to create four new apartments within the building and two in a new extension.

Yes we can undertake villa extensions to construct new buildings that match the look of the existing property
That depends on the size of the project, for example whether you are just updating a couple of rooms or the whole house. Old buildings also sometimes present unforeseen challenges which can add to the project time. We'll discuss the potential timeframe with you at the start of the project.
We recommend moving out while renovations are ongoing if possible. If this is not an option we can discuss whether we can work around you remaining in the property.
